A quick test for Audio/Video SYNC Issue?

    zaiveeBy zaiveeFebruary 6, 2023No Comments1 Min Read

Audio/Video sync issue is common, it is mainly due to encoding hardware or software level. Now the question is how to test and make sure it is encoding hardware or software level issue or to determine it is the client side issue? FMLE has an option to record the live stream on your local encoding system, we can easily analyze the issue once the video file recorded on your local system.

How to determine and lock the issue?

    • The file recorded on your encoding has nothing to do with the CDN server. The file recorded is processed by the FMLE at your local system, hence if there is audio/video sync in the recorded file, then it is a client-side issue.
