5centsCDN offers a distinctive feature to provide a backup source URL which will ensure that you will never encounter any downtime for your Simulcast.
To setup, the backup URL follow the below instructions.
- Go to Live Streams > Pull
- Click on the MANAGE button for the Corresponding Pull stream
- Click on the Source Stream option
- Click on the + Button near your Primary source URL and add the backup Source URL and save it.
The above steps will configure the backup source URL for your stream and it will deliver the content in case if your Primary Source URL goes down.
