    I am unable to Add Funds. Why?

    To Add Funds to your account then you must have an active product.

    How can I pay my first invoice if it is below 10USD?

    For the first payment, we will allow you to pay directly if the invoice is less than 10USD. Once the payment is completed, the service will be activated.

    From the second invoice onwards, you have to use the Add Funds option.
