PoP access means the stream of content will be delivered from a limited number of POPs at a given point in time. For instance, even though the Volume network has 60+ POPs listed at any given point in time, your content will be delivered from 30+ PoPs only. The load balancing decision is made by our load balancing system based on many factors performance, cost, and many more!
