- It may be due to improper selection of audio device in the Flash Media Live Encoder.
- It may be due to the problem with the audio driver, please check whether the driver properly installed in the encoding server.
- In the case of WebLive TV please select ‘stereo mix’ in audio driver properties In the Flash Media Live Encoder.
- If you are using TV capture card please ensure the audio is connected in the ‘Line In’ jack of the system as well as the selection in the Flash Media Live encoder should be ‘Line In’.
